Doris was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
She is survived by one daughter, Joan Garcia and her husband, Manuel; three sisters, Helen Atkins and her husband, John Allen, Sandra Graves and her husband, Robert, and Betty Thomas; one grandson, Chris Garcia and his wife, Kayla; and a host of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Doris is preceded in death by her husband of fifty-six years, Walter Martin Jenkins, Jr.; and one brother Robert Lee Fincham.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2021 at 12 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel with Pastor Dan Yowell officiating. Due to COVID-19 mandates, masks are required to enter the building.
Interment will follow in Sperryville Cemetery, Sperryville, Virginia.
