Mary, 58, of Warren passed away at Memorial Hermann Baptist Beaumont Hospital.
She was born to Jack and Mary Margaret (Cummings) Morris. She had lived most of her life in Warren and was a homemaker.
Survivors include her children, John Collins, and Joette Fountain; brother, Frank Morris; sisters, Lillie Corn, Jackie Halloway and Pat Locke; seven grandchildren, Jessica Fountain, Jamie Fountain, Ashley Collins, Brandon Collins, Kristina Collins, Austin Spurlock, and Milton Spurlock; and great granddaughter, Kaleigh Shavers.
She was preceded in death by her husband James Janow and her youngest son, Michael Spurlock.
