She was born in Albany and was the daughter of the late Homer Johnson and Nancy Gibson.
Linda was a unit manager at St. Ann's Institute in Albany for over twenty years. She had also worked for Hope House in Albany.
Linda was a natural caregiver, always helping others. She loved her friends, caring for her grandbabies and playing cards. She was a straightforward woman and will be dearly missed.
Linda was the mother of Mark "Sharky" Johnson, Stephon Quattlebaum, Lea Jay Martin, Aseisha Bell and Pryceless Caldwell. She was the sister of William, Richard and Tony Johnson and the late Lea Jay, Joyce and Dorothy Johnson. Linda is also survived by 18 grandchildren and several great- grandchildren.
Interment will be in Evergreen Memorial Park.
