Mr. Harris was born January 18, 1947 in Salem to Warren and Evelyn (Cusick) Harris. He married Maureen Moyer. They were the parents of one daughter. Mr. Harris died December 26, 2018 in Salem at the age of 71 years.
Survivors include his daughter, Jennifer Haney and husband, Derek, Tucson, Arizona; brothers, Emery Harris and wife, Judy; Jim Harris and wife, Rosemary, all of Salem; and Orvin Harris and wife, Kay (Powell), Linn Creek; sisters, Mildred Gulley, Newburg; Frances Stagner and husband, Willis, Fort Leonard Wood; and Lavenia Mettler, Willard; grandchildren, Sean, Keara, and Liam; and a host of extended family and friends.
Preceding him death were his parents; his wife; and brother, Barton Harris.
Mr. Harris served in the United States Navy in Vietnam and was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles.
