Nancy Fern Ross, 59, of Booneville, Arkansas, passed from this life on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 in Booneville. She was born November 15, 1961 in St. Louis, Missouri to the late Milton Theodore Sparks and Juanita Aylene (Adkins) Sparks Strickland.

Nancy worked as a security guard and was formerly a Cook. She was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed cooking, working puzzles, playing cards and spending time with family, especially the grandkids.

She is preceded in death by 1 sister, Elizabeth Wilkins; 2 brothers, Jay and Daymon Sparks; and her parents before mentioned.

Cremation arrangements were under the direction of Roberts Funeral Home.

There will be a family held memorial service at a later date.

She is survived by her husband, Glynn Smith of the home; 1 daughter, Dovie Ross of Greenwood; 1 stepdaughter, Heaven Smith of Booneville; 2 brothers, Raymond Sparks of Booneville and Dale Sparks of Waldron; 2 sisters, Robin Taylor of Havana and Felicia Arce of Fort Smith; 4 grandchildren, Haylee, Zaden, Kalie and Mason.
