She was born on July 28th, 1970 in Chicago, IL. She was raised in Dumas, TX where she graduated from Dumas High School in 1988. She received her bachelor's degree from Texas A&M in 1992 and later got her master's degree at the University of North Texas. She was proud to be a True Aggie.
She is survived by her husband, Shawn Burrow of Sherwood Shores, TX; her father, Jordan Mills and spouse Carolyn Mills of Dumas, TX; brother, Jeffrey Mills of Austin, TX; nieces and nephews, Matthew, Savannah, and Gregory; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and host of friends.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Dumas, TX. She found the love of her life Shawn Burrow and they were together for 8 years and were married on May 12th, 2018. She loved her animals and befriended many veterans who needed a friend. Her family was very important to her and loved them all dearly. She loved to travel all across the United States and as well as Germany and Europe.
Graveside services will be held at a later date at the Northlawn Memorial Gardens in Dumas, TX.
