Michael Dean Rowe, age 55, of South Salem, Ohio died Wednesday, January 6, 2021 following an extended illness. He was born in Perry, Iowa on March 22, 1965 to Robert Rowe and Lucille (Annear) Rowe. On June 18, 2016 he married Carisa Rowe in their home. Together they shared four years. Michael is survived by his wife, Carisa; father, Robert Rowe; sisters, Roxanne (Jeff) Jones and Cynthia (Leroy) Swinehart; daughter, Jennifer; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Betty and John Hurst; step-children, Shawn (Lyons), Noah (Jordyn), Jailyn, Dylan (Keeton). He is preceded in death by his mother, Lucille Rowe; grandparents, Clifford and Leora Rowe & Maurice and Isabella Annear; half-brother, Robert Dwayne Rowe; and father-in-law, Rick Davis. Michael worked at Nelson and Asplundh Tree Service for many years. He was an avid deer and duck hunter and fisherman. The family would like to extend a special thanks to his nurse at Mt. Carmel Cancer Center, Angie Edwards, and his special friend and best bud, John Christman.
