Thomas Foster son of John and Hannah (Stetson) Foster, was born in Plymouth in 1705, and was appointed judge of the Inferior Court of Common Pleas of Plymouth county in 1756 and served until the Revolution.
He married Lois, daughter of Jabez Fuller of Barnstable and died 1777.
