She was born in Muncie on February 20, 1959 the daughter of Delsie and Betty (Cooper) Stevens and attended Wapahani Schools.
She owned the Village Inn bar for eight years until becoming a full-time caregiver to her mother. Jackie enjoyed spending time on the back of her husbands Harley, as well as spending time with her daughter and granddaughters and pets. She also enjoyed swimming in her pool, gardening and shopping.
Survivors include her mother, Betty Stevens; her loving husband, Brian Marshall; daughter, Maggie Cox (Dustin); granddaughters, Mackenzie and Madalyn Cox; brothers, Dave Stevens, Ron Stevens and Mark Stevens (Kelly); also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Delsie Stevens; nephew, Mark Stevens Jr.; uncle, Yancey Cooper; her best friends, Janet “JJ” Bonham and Johnny Campbell.
Burial will be in Tomlinson Cemetery.
