Prior to becoming ill, Tracie had been employed at the Dollar General in Lock Haven. She was passionate about her animals, especially her pit bull Meatball (Meaty). Everyone knew she loved pigs. She enjoyed monthly scary movie night with her friends. October and Halloween were her favorite times of the year.
She is survived by her boyfriend Mike Rachau, daughter Elizabeth (Adam) Hinton, son Ryan (Jess) Miller, grandchildren Kaitlyn, Natalie, Parker, Jetta, and Kennedy, and brothers Richard Foster, Don (Shirley) Foster, Tom Foster, and Jeff Foster as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins whom she loved dearly. She is preceded in death by her parents, granddaughter Faith Hinton, brother Gerald Foster, and her beloved pet pig Petunia.
Memorial services for Tracie will be held in the Yost-Gedon Funeral Home on Saturday October 15, 2016 at 10:00AM. Officiating will be Pastor Craig Cross. A reception will follow at Echo Hope Assembly Church 320 Hogan Blvd, Mill Hall, PA.
