Deborah Victoria Belcher passed away peacefully on Dec. 22, 2020. She was born on April 28, 1964. Deborah is survived by her loving daughter, Brandalin Higgins; mother, Gloria Duran; sisters, Marlene Duran and Barbara Sandstrom; brother, Thomas (Michelle) Duran Jr.; nephews, Tommy, Matthew and Anthony Duran, and David Sandstrom. Also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Preceded in death by father, Thomas V. Duran; friend and ex-husband, Jim Higgins; grandparents, Joe and Isabel Cisneros, Theodore and Tomasita Duran; as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins. Debbie was the first born and was the light of our lives then and now. Her younger siblings adored her; she wasn't just their sister but their best friend. She loved music, especially Billy Idol and Elvis, enjoyed movie time with her daughter, the Denver Broncos, and was a collector of anything Penguins. She was a funny and selfless person and could make anyone smile. Most of all, she loved and adored her only daughter, Brandalin, who was the light of her life. Debbie will be remembered as a loving daughter, mother and sister. Soar with the Angels and rest in peace, my hita. We will love you and cherish your memories, forever.
