Frank “Terry” Massey, 81, died at his home on Saturday, December 19, 2020. He was born in Waco, Texas on September 12, 1939 to Frank Tillman Massey and Elizabeth Clark Massey.

He attended Texas State Technical Institute in Waco. Frank was a resident of Irving since 1977. He and Phyllis Ann Valentine were married on October 5, 1990 in Irving. He served in the United States Army. Frank retired in 2004 from Pre-Cast, Inc. and was a Pre-Cast Construction Draftsman.

He is preceded in death by his parents Frank and Elizabeth Massey; brothers, Gary Don Massey, John Reese Massey and Tommy Massey; and a niece Nikki Massey.

He is survived by his wife Phyllis Massey; daughters, Molly Massey of Irving and Clarissa Emmons and husband Benny of Madill, Oklahoma; son, Adam Gilbert of Irving; seven grandchildren, Justin Roach, Andersen Cooper, Leslie Ann Cooper, Andrew Oefinger, Kamiryn Emmons, Trinton Emmons and Benny Emmons, III; a brother, Steve Massey of Waco; two nieces, Sara Massey and Debra Massey; and three nephews, Gabriel Massey, Christopher Massey and Michael Chaney.

Committal services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, February 18, 2020 at Dallas – Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, Texas 75211.
