Edna Mae was a former Office Administrator for Hartford Insurance Group in Cincinnati, OH of over 38 years. She worked part time at Parkview Manor as an office assistant. She was a life long member of the Williamstown Baptist Church. She was known for her sewing skills, embroidery work, church activities and everyone in the community loved her cooking. She was a very loving, caring woman described as having a huge heart. She loved dearly spending time with her granddaughter, Emily.
Edna Mae was the daughter of William Vernon Mitts and Alma "Virginia" Garrard Mitts. She married Gordon Taylor on April 19, 1969. In addition to her husband Gordon, she is survived by one son, Shannon (Lisa) Taylor of Dry Ridge, KY, two brothers, William "Billy" V. Mitts, Jr. of Williamstown, KY, Bobby Gene (Margie) Mitts of Lavalette, WV and one granddaughter, Emily.
Visitation will be Wednesday, January 13, 2021 from 11am-1pm at the Elliston - Stanley Funeral Home in Williamstown, KY. Funeral services will follow at 1pm. Rev. Milkweed Wotier will be officiating services. Burial will be in the Williamstown Cemetery.
