High Point – Mary Joyce Moore, 98, of Westchester Harbour passed away Thursday, January 7, 2021. Mary was born in Forsyth County on November 8, 1922 to the late Elbert Joyce and Mabel Stockton Joyce. Her husband, Alfred B. Moore preceded her in death (2010), as well as several brothers and sisters.

Mary trusted her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and served Him faithfully at Lebanon United Methodist Church for many years. In her younger years she worked at High Point University Bookstore and the Rol-A-Rink skating arena.

Surviving Mary are her two sons, Kenneth Moore and wife, Shan, of High Point, Ronald Moore of High Point; brothers, Wade and Mike Joyce; grandchildren, Emily Barnes and husband, Tate, Scott Moore and wife, Carrie; great-grandchildren, Wyatt and Colton Moore and Everett and Parker Barnes.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lebanon United Methodist, 237 Idol Drive, High Point, North Carolina 27262.

Funeral services will be private.
