FAISON, Margaret Gibson, 87, of Chester, Va., passed away September 20, 2018. She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Lane Faison Jr.; parents, Wallace and Esther Gibson; grandson, Kevin Carlan; and sisters, Hazel and Norma. She is survived by her children, Janice Carlan (Jim) and Randy Faison (Carrie); six grandchildren, Will and Ashley Faison, Angie, Chris, Sonya and Jennifer; 15 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Margaret retired from Bank of Virginia and loved her family. The family will receive friends 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Bliley's-Chippenham, 6900 Hull Street Rd. Please dress in casual attire. A graveside ceremony will be held 1 p.m. Monday in Sunset Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, www.stjude.org.
