Surviving are their 5 children Karen Boch, Debbie Clark, Diane Boyden,
David Walters and Cynthia Hamlin.
His parents were Bernard and Veronica 'Bonnie' Rose (Stalter) Walters.
Surviving is his sister Joanie Young.
Charles graduated from Bishop Fenwick High School in Lancaster
and Ohio University with a Bachelors Degree in Journalism
in 1959. He was the owner of Burtic's Jewelers in downtown
Lancaster.
He was a very active member of St. Mark Catholic Church.
He died at his home. Sheridan Funeral Home was in charge
of the funeral arrangements. The mass of Christian Burial was
held at St. Mark Church.
