Richard "Ricky" Allen Estopinal, born 29 December 1951 in Riverside County, died 6 October 2014. He was a son of Melvel Paul Estopinal and Joanne Evelyn Stewart. He is survived by his mother; his sisters Judy Lynn Estopinal Smith (Gary D) of Oregon and Lori E Estopinal of Riverside, California; and brother Robin D Estopinal of Pocatello, Idaho. Richard served in the US Navy becoming a Petty Officer 3rd Class during the Vietnam War. He is buried in the Riverside National Cemetery near his father, Melvel, and brother, Barry.
