BROOKS, Betty Ann, 76, of Chesterfield, Va., formerly of Lynchburg, Va. went to be with her heavenly father December 28, 2020. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl E. Brooks, Jr; and parents, Nancy Virginia Greer Driskill and Emmitt W. Lindsay. She is survived by her son, Michael L. Krantz (Penny); grandsons, Michael Hardy Krantz and Ryan Carter; great-grandson, Christian Carter; brother, Sam B. Driskill III; numerous cousins; and a nephew. Betty retired from Richmond Public Schools as a school bus driver after 35 years of service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association. A memorial ceremony will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, January 16, 2021, at Bliley’s-Chippenham, 6900 Hull Street Rd.
