Shirley Ann Vranic, 83, of Baden, passed away on Wednesday, January 6, 2021.

She was born on December 12, 1937 in Sewickley, PA to the late Frank and Mary (Pawlack) Bosanac.

She was a retired executive housekeeper for Sewickley Hospital with 20 plus years of service.

Shirley was an avid Pittsburgh sports enthusiast. She was very proud of her Croation-Slovenian heritage. Her passions in life next to her family were attending Slovene festivals, antiquing, traveling and visiting thrift shops. She was an organizer and served on the board of the First Street Reunion. She was a member of Good Samaritan Catholic Church, Ambridge.

Preceding her in death in addition to her parents were her husband, Michael Vranic, and a brother, Frank Bosanac.

She is survived by her beloved daughter, Kathleen Schwab, of Strattonville, PA, her pride and joy of her life grandchildren, Briana Marie and Andrew Thomas Schwab, both of Cranberry, two sisters, Jean Bosanac of Ambridge and Marian Jankiewicz of Leetsdale.

Family and friends will meet Saturday at Good Samaritan Catholic Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will offered at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow in SS Peter and Paul Cemetery.

Arrangements were entrusted to the John Syka Funeral Home, Ambridge.
