POWERS, Stephanie, age 78, of Germantown, Ohio passed away peacefully Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at her residence. She was born September 25, 1942 in Blue Ball, Ohio and lived in the Miami Valley most of her life. She graduated from Oakdale Christian Academy, Jackson, Kentucky in 1960. She was a mother and homemaker. Stephanie was a faithful servant of Christ. She most enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking, reading, and gardening. Preceding her in death were her parents, Rev. Freddie and Lillie (Stephens) Kimberlin; three brothers, Tom, Freddie “Dickie”, and Henry; and two sisters, Barbara Kerr and Bonnie Smiddy. She is survived by five children, Iris (Pat) Gleason, Sonya (Bob) Tickel, Stacy (Paul) Dazet, Randal (Melissa) Powers, Jr., and Freddie (Julie) Powers; twelve grandchildren, Patrick Gleason, Sarah Gleason, Lillie Tickel, Rebecca Milne, Jacob Dazet, Micah Dazet, Hannah Powers, Colten Delehanty, Jacob Delehanty, Emma Powers, Lydia Powers and Kara Powers; two brothers, John Kimberlin and Robert “Bud” (Sharon) Kimberlin; three sisters, Esther Morgan, Eva Durham and Carlene Bogan; and many extended family and friends. Visitation and Service are private at the convenience of the family, with Pastor John Stone officiating. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery, Middletown. Memorial contributions may be made to Oakdale Christian Academy, Jackson, Kentucky.
