Raymond Richard McIntosh, age 72 of Streetman, TX, passed away January 2, 2021. He was born December 22, 1948, in Houston, TX, to Robert and Mary Frances (Pinkos) McIntosh. Family was everything to Raymond and to him everyone was family. He never met a stranger and was a father figure to many. He had a smile and personality that lit up the room and always spoke his peace. Ray was an avid bowler and a member of the Bowling Hall of Fame. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus. Ray enjoyed playing lotto, scratch off games, dominos, dancing, and cooking. He was a fan of the Mavericks and the Texas Rangers. He lived a full life and will be missed by his family and many friends.
Raymond is survived by his children: Crystal and Steve Ashford, Grecha and Jeff Stephens, Jessica and Randy Thornton; brother: Frankie McIntosh; grandchildren: Sonni and Corey Molloy, Kyle and Kimberly Thornton, Cody Ashford and Charlotte Branch, Korey Stephens, Ray and Alyssa Ashford, Mary Stephens, and Shelby Thornton; great-grandchildren: Connor Molloy, Lily Branch, Reese Thornton, Hendrix Thornton, and Hazel Ashford; and his beloved pet D White, the cat. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Mary Frances McIntosh, and siblings Robert McIntosh, Louis McIntosh, Adam McIntosh, Victoria Wiganowski, and Lucille Gubas.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 am Wednesday, January 6, 2021, at Rest Haven Funeral Home – Rowlett Location. Interment will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Pallbearers will include Randy, Kyle, Cody, Ray, Korey, and Corey.
