Carol L. Tester Walker, age 74, of Bristol, TN passed away on Monday, January 5, 2021 in Johnson City Medical Center. She was born March 9, 1946 in Bristol, TN, a daughter of the late Earl L. Trivette, Sr. and Mary Tester Trivette, and she was a lifelong resident of Bristol. Carol worked for Winn Dixie as a cashier for over 26 years, and was once an employee of Raytheon and Food City. She was a former member of Glad Tidings Church.

Those left behind to cherish her memories are her loving husband, Robert “Butch” Walker; children, Robbie Walker and Jennifer, Christopher Lynn Walker, Wendi Rhymer and husband Jimmy; grandchildren, Colt, Jenna, J.W., Alayna, Kloey, Paul, Brandon, Ashley, and Albert; great grandson, Caspian; half-sister, Shirley Mumpower and husband Bob; step sister, Debbie Stafford and husband Bill; step brother, Ronnie Trivette and wife Judy; special family and friends, Ray Floyd, Susie Haga, and several cousins; sisters-in-law, Carolyn Worley and Janice Silcox.

A funeral service will be 7:00 pm, Thursday, January 7, 2021 in the Weaver Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mark Hutton and Rev. Dwight Marlow officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 6:45 pm prior to the service at the funeral home. The burial will be held 11:00 am Friday, January 8, 2021 in Eastern Heights Cemetery.

The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to the nurses and doctors at Sycamore Shoals.
