Jordan, Brenda Keith, 78, of Richmond, passed away on January 2, 2021. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Randolph Jordan (“Randy”); and parents, William Price and Evelyn Myers Keith. She is survived by her children, Donna Spatig Bearman (Gonzalo), Stephen Keith Spatig, Donald Christopher Spatig (“Chris”) (Jeannette); grandchildren, Andrea Marie Spatig, Emma Nicole Spatig, Nolan Christopher Spatig; sister, Jean Campbell (Ronnie); nephews, Ron Campbell, William Campbell (“Billy”), Darren Campbell; and countless adoring friends. Anyone who came in contact with Brenda would immediately experience her genuine warmth and her beautiful smile. She was a completely selfless individual who lived to make others happy, particularly her three children and three grandchildren. Brenda was absolutely devoted to her children, who were her proudest accomplishments. After two of her children attended Virginia Tech, Brenda became an avid Virginia Tech football fan and would often be found dressed head-to-toe in Tech gear on gamedays. Brenda’s gentle and caring nature extended to animals of all kind, including her pet dogs, cats and birds. Brenda and her husband, Randy loved to collect antiques. They spent numerous Saturdays traveling across Virginia collecting and refurbishing hidden treasures which they would sell in their consignment antique shop. Brenda also had quite the green thumb as displayed in her fall and spring flower gardens. Brenda’s gift to the world was her caring and nurturing personality and beautiful bright smile that would light up a room. Brenda will be cremated and due to Covid-19 restrictions, the family will hold a celebration of her life during a late spring interment. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate any donations to the Alzheimer’s Association and/or any local Covid-19 relief causes.
