Betty Ann McGuffin Ellis, 72, passed away Monday, January 4, 2021. She was born on March 25, 1948 in Jefferson County, Kentucky.
She was a retired employee of General Electric Co.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Wilmer and Marjorie Holt McGuffin and brothers, Wayne, Jimmy, Danny and Mike McGuffin.
She is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, William “Bill” Ellis Sr.; sons, Bill Ellis Jr. (Mary Ann), and Robbie Ellis; daughter, Stacy Ellis; grandchildren, Shae Ellis (Merissa) and Mecenzie Ellis; brother, Tommy McGuffin (Sharmaine); and beloved dogs, Pudge and Presley.
Her celebration of life funeral will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at Ratterman Keenan Southwest Chapels, 4832 Cane Run Rd. Visitation 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Cremation to follow.
