Elvin "Tooby" Smith, age 84 of Jackson, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, January 03, 2021 at his residence.
Elvin was born on January 08, 1936 to the late Mahala Herald Smith. He was a retired carpenter.
He is survived by one daughter, Beth Ann (Bill) Davidson of Jackson, Kentucky; three grandchildren, David (Sandy) Napier of Jackson, Kentucky, Amanda (Tim) Miller of Jackson, Kentucky, and Andrew (Brittany) Davidson of Midway, Kentucky; six great grandchildren, Sophie Napier, Natalie Napier, Marlee Miller, Macy Miller, Daniel Davidson, and Savannah Davidson; one brother, Felix (Brenda) Smith of Stanton, Kentucky; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
In addition to his mother, Mahala Herald Smith, Elvin was proceeded in death by his wife, Martha Watts Smith and daughter, Debbie Napier.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Watts Funeral Home Chapel in Jackson, Kentucky at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, January 06, 2021 with Pastor Fred Finley officiating. Elvin will be laid to rest in the Haddix Cemetery, INC at Haddix, Kentucky.
