Husband to the late Charlotte (nee: Kantor). Cherished Father to Pamela Houston and Grandfather to Dominic Fauskey (Rachel Perez). Brother to: Sam Houston (Debbie), Phyllis Churnega, deceased and Bill Houston, deceased. Uncle to Wayne Churnega (Michelle) as well as uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Phillip was proud to serve as a medic in the US Army and was honorably discharged. Inurnment will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery at a later date.
