Mary Dale was a career Federal employee in the Accounting Department at Tinker Air Force Base and retired from the VA Medical Center in October 1999.
Mary Dale and Frank Madden were married February 18, 1956 in Norman, Oklahoma. She spent most of her adult life in Del City, Oklahoma and McLoud, Oklahoma. She traveled extensively with her daughter, Tiffany, spending time in Germany and Washington. Mary enjoyed playing cards and dominos. Her grandson Dylan always brought a smile to her face.
She was preceded in death by her husband Frank in 1986, daughters Sherry Madden in 2014 and Tammy Scott in 2020, a sister Margaret and two brothers, George Crocker and James Crocker.
Survivors include three daughters, Gayle Dennis of Shawnee, OK, Ann Davidson and husband Kevin of McLoud and Tiffany Lansdell and husband James of West Columbia, SC; one sister, Joyce Cook of Rush Springs, OK; 8 grandchildren, Jeremy, Chuck and Heather Davidson; Tommy Hadding and Jennifer Akin, and Braeden, Kierston and Dylan Lansdell; and 9 great-grandchildren, Margot, Maggie and Holden Davidson, Hannah, Hailey and Andrew Akin and Adlar, Juniper and Elyse Schalk.
Mary Dale was greatly loved and will be missed by all.
Graveside services will be held 10:00 a.m. Friday, January 8, 2021 at Sunny Lane Cemetery, Del City under direction of Asa Smith Funeral Service, Harrah.
