Kenneth William Carter was born February 17, 1941 in Ft. Myers, FL, the son of Joseph William Carter and Mary Luttich Carter. After high school graduation, Kenneth proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. He married Joan Brown in 1963.
Kenneth worked as a printer in the Civil Service until his retirement. He was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church.
Survivors include of 57 years, Joan Carter; his children, Joseph William Carter of South Carolina and Kimberly & Jimmy Miller of Donalsonville, GA; his brother, Gary Carter of Ft. Myers, FL; his grandchildren, Jimmy & Amanda, Kenneth & Emily, Rebecca, Christian, and Drew; and his great-grandchildren, Calvin, Hudson, Harper, and Carter. Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents.
