Cleo Moore Jr was born in Tulare California to Cleo Moore Sr. and Leona Avon Smith. He passed away December 25th, 2020 at McCurtain Memorial Hospital in Idabel.

He later moved to Eagletown Oklahoma and graduated high school there. He joined the US Army in 1975 serving four years. Cleo moved back to Oklahoma and started working for the USDA in 1985 and retired after 30 years.

Cleo loved watching football and playing dominos. He especially loved watching his son Langston play football and run track.

Cleo is preceded in death by his mother Leona Avon Smith, his father Cleo Moore Sr., his brother Kelvin Levan Norwood his half-brother Vernell Moore, half-sister Bennie J Cubit, sister Lucille Willison, brother Ronny Moore and a host of uncles, aunts.

Cleo is survived by one sister Barbara Elder, a son Langston Jamal Moore, a daughter Keshia Burris, grandchildren Kaleya Leona Moore, Jeremiah Xavier Moore, Gabriel Nakoa Moore, Lloyal Jamir Moore, Kayvion Burris and Kenyion Burris, step sons and daughters Sedric raines, Treva Raines, Mesha Raines Tasha Raines Horace Raines, Shatoya bell William Bell, step grandchildren Kobe Roberson, Ada Brown, Torrance Terrell , Jordan Terrell, Zavion Bell, Malachi bell, Ashton Bell and a host of nieces, nephews cousins and friends.
