Survivors include her husband of 33½ years, Nathan Bennett of Casey, IL; sons, Jeffrey Bennett of Casey, IL and Jeremy Bennett (Kaley) of Westfield, IL; sister, Cheryl Richardson (Kyle) of Belleville, IL. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Elizabeth was a 1969 graduate of Casey High school and continued her education and graduated from Lake Land College. She was a retired Bookkeeper for Goben Oil Company. Elizabeth was a faithful member of Hazel Dell Church of God. She loved to research and prepare new recipes. She enjoyed her garden and loved her pets.
Due to COVID restrictions private services were held with Pastor Danny Harper officiating. She was laid to rest next to her parents in Casey Cumberland Cemetery, Casey, IL.
