Mark Reed, II, 38, of Decatur, passed away on January 2, 2021 at Decatur Memorial Hospital in Decatur, Illinois.
Mark was born on January 26, 1982 in Decatur, the son of Mark and Sheila Behymer Reed. Mark is survived by the love of his life Katrina; his son Mark Reed, III of Decatur; Father: Mark Reed of Blue Mound, IL; Father and Mother-inlaw: Gary (Brenda) Brown of Dalton City, IL; Brothers: Anthony Perry of Decatur; Dustin Reed of Blue Mound; Tony (Star) Reed of Blue Mound; Sisters: Samantha (Justin) Southerland of Blue Mound; Haily Embry of Decatur; Sister-in-law: Angela Reed of Pawnee, IL; Jamie Brown of Dalton City, IL; Sandra Brown of Springfield; Nephews and Nieces: Caleb Reed, Dustin Reed, Austin Reed, Stanley Reed, Tyler Southerland, Sarah Southerland, Mia Reed; Grandmothers: Dixie Reed and Shirley Watkins; Best Friend: Damon Suddarth, Sr.; Quinn Miller.; several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.

Mark was an avid St. Louis Cardinals and San Francisco 49ers fan. He loved watching ESPN. Mark had the biggest heart, and would do anything for anyone. His family meant everything to him.
Graveside services to honor Mark’s life will be at 1:00 PM on Thursday (January 7, 2021) at Mt. Gilead Cemetery in Decatur. Visitation will be held on Wednesday (January 6, 2021) from 5:00-7:00 PM at Graceland/Fairlawn Funeral Home, Decatur. CDC guidelines will be followed, with temperature screenings and face masks required for those in attendance.
