Services for Mrs. Sheila Ann Masters Wright will be held at 2 p.m. on January 5, 2021 in the chapel at Hixson Brothers Funeral Home in Jena with Reverend Denver McBroom and Reverend Chris Hamilton officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Sinai Cemetery in Trout under the direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Jena.
The family requests that visitation be observed Monday, January 4, 2021 at 5 p.m. until the time of service on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at Hixson Brothers Funeral Home in Jena.
Mrs. Sheila, 70, of Trout, was born June 24, 1950 in Jena and passed from this life on Sunday, January 3, 2021 at her home surrounded by her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, JD Masters and Mary Jo Powell Masters; and great grandson, Cooper Lee Wright.
Those left to cherish in her memory include her husband of 52 years, John Wright; sons, Chancy Wright (Penny) of Tullos, Jarrad Wright (Beverly) of Urania, David Wright of Trout, Kyle Williams (Katie) of Pineville; daughters, Keri Wright of Trout, Amy Bennett (Donald) of Tioga; 15 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; and a host of loving family and friends.
Serving as pallbearers will be Greg Wright, Allen Bennett, Mac Stapleton, Elton Tolbert, Shane Robertson, and Buddy Powell.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Hunter Bennett, Kade William, Steven Masters, Braden Gault, Seth Myers, Zane Wright, and Zachary Wright.
