Emilio V. Medugno, Sr., 91, of Methuen, MA, passed away December 25, 2020, at his home surrounded by his loving family. Born in Malden, MA, he was the son of the late Emilio and Grace (DeRosa) Medugno. Raised and educated in Malden MA, Emilio served in the U.S. Army during WWII. He was married to Dawn (Jillett) Medugno for sixty-three years and with whom he raised fourteen children. He worked road construction and retired from Essex Bitomus Company after many years of service. Emilio was a member of the Sons of Italy in Methuen and enjoyed playing Bocci. He was at his best when surrounded by his family, as that was his greatest love. Emilio was predeceased by his sons, Nicholas, Carmen, Curt, and Michael, brother Anthony, and his sisters, Susan and Louise. Survived by his wife, Dawn, Emilio also leaves his children, his Godson, twenty-four grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews, as well his dear friend, Joe.
