David "Bud" Lee Blackburn, Jr., 45, of Frankfort, Indiana went to be with the Lord on January 2, 2021.
He was born on August 28, 1975 in Frankfort to David, Sr. and Jeanne (Emery) Blackburn and they survive.
A lifelong Frankfort resident, Mr. Blackburn attended Frankfort High School and later earned his GED. He was passionate about fishing, art, auto repair, demolition derbies, and most importantly, his children, grandchildren, and family. He was a member of the CMA Motorcycle Club.
Surviving along with his parents, David, Sr. and Jeanne Blackburn of Talbott, TN are his Sisters: Volinda (Antonio) Wolfe of Mooresburg, TN and Amanda (David) Gibson of Frankfort; Children: Jesse Montgomery of Frankfort, Adara Blackburn of South Carolina, David Blackburn III of Frankfort, Alyssa Ingram of South Carolina; Several Grandchildren; Nieces; and Nephews.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents: James L. and Evelyn Emery, paternal grandparents: Lewis Blackburn and Ruth Royse, along with several aunts and uncles.
Visitation will be held 9:30 β 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at Archer-Weston Funeral & Cremation Center, 501 E. Clinton St., Frankfort. A private family service will be held.
Burial will be held in Scott Cemetery, Frankfort.
