HABY, THELMA LOUISE, age 87, of San Antonio, Texas passed away on August 9, 2013 at Life Care Center of Plano. She was born June 6, 1926 in Hillsboro, Texas. She graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School San Antonio in 1943, married in 1945, and worked a lifetime career for Western Union in San Antonio. She lived her life devoted to her family. Survivors include her son, Charles Ray Haby and wife, Barbara (Blackmon) of Plano; grandchildren, Jeff Haby and wife, Ingrid (Anderson) of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Francette (Haby) Bueno and husband, Anthony of Lewisville, Texas; great granddaughter, Victoria Brook Bueno; brother, Henry Cooper Bledsoe and wife, Gloria (Swenson) of San Antonio; nephew, Paul Bledsoe and wife, Linda of Corpus Christi; niece, Marilyn (Bledsoe) Remmey and husband, Warren Remmey Jr.; and numerous grand nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her husband, Robert Odell Haby (World War II Veteran U.S.Navy) and parents, Henry Elmer and Mable (Cooper) Bledsoe of San Antonio. Family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM on Tuesday, August 13, 2013 at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, August 14, 2013 at Restland Wildwood Chapel followed by burial in Restland Memorial Park, Garden of Memories. Memorial contributions may be made through the internet to the American Cancer Society or National Breast Cancer Foundation.
