Rev. Arnold D. Ansell, 95, of Rockwood, went to be with the Lord on January 2, 2021 at home. Born on December 13, 1925, he is a son of the late Clarence and Mabel (Patterson) Ansell. He is preceded in death by his wife of 70 years, Grace Ansell. He is also preceded in death by his siblings, Janet Sadler, Harold Ansell, Hubert Ansell, Rev. George Ansell, Enid Schultz, Shirley Geary and Vernadine Gary. He is survived by his children, Connie (Larry) Tunstall of Evans City, Pam (John) King of Rockwood, Wanda (Doug) Wheaton of Rockwood, Kerry Ansell of Houston, TX and Brad (Kristi) Ansell of Gibsonia; grandchildren, Jamie and Shawn (Amy) Tunstall, Jody (Erin) Sullivan, Angie (Ryan) Druist, Mark (Kimberly) King, Chad (Misty) Wheaton, Lindsay (Tim) Latuch, Kylee (Kyle) Schrum, Kaleb, Taylor, and Haylie Ansell, and Kristopher, Jonah, Branden, and Joshua Ansell. He is also survived by his beloved great-grandchildren, MacKenzie and Madison Tunstall, Caraline and Nathan Wheaton, Kaitlyn, Natalie and Hannah Latuch, Elena and Tristan Schrum and Anakin King; and siblings, Elwood of Somerset, John of Mont Alto, Clarence Jr. of Markleton, Frank, Beverly Mognet and Carol Judy all of Rockwood. Rev. Arnold Ansell was a pastor of Christian Gospel Tabernacle of Rockwood for many years. He was a retired member of the Carpenter's Union Local 2274. He was a superintendent for Marsolino Construction in Uniontown. At the family's request, all services will be private. Pastor Don Judy officiating. Interment at Somerset Memorial Park.
