Roger Lee Evans, 72, of Lynchburg, passed away on Wednesday, December 30, 2020. Born on July, 29, 1948, he was a son of the late Linzy Olen Evans Sr. and Annie Lena Evans.
He is survived by his brother, Linzy O. Evans Jr. (Vi) of Amherst; a nephew, Talmage "Bo" Evans of Amherst; one niece, Sharon Evans Bidwell (Fred) of Phoenix, N.Y.; three great-nieces; three great-great-nephews, and three great-great-nieces.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a niece, Denise Evans Roddy.
A graveside service will be held at a later date. The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the charity of your choice.
