‘Margie’ Age 72, Appleton, passed away at Bellin Hospital on Dec. 31, 2020. She was born on Sept. 10, 1948 in Shawano to the late Raymond and Ruby (Cook) Muskavitch. Margie married Thomas A. Douglas in 1968 and together they raised their six children. Margie also was involved with Care Ministries with St. Paul Parish in Combined Locks and St. Thomas More Parish in Appleton. She was ordained as an Asst Pastoral Associate. She also volunteered with Paul Care Ministry and the Yellow Brick Road. Margie was an avid Green Bay Packer fan her whole life.

She will be greatly missed by her six children: Sandy (Jim) Hanlon, Appleton; Tim (Laurie) Douglas, Winchester; Connie Douglas, Kimberly; Andrea (Todd) Williamson, Charlotte, NC; Teresa (Aaron) Brown, Jamestown, KY and Andy (Jenny) Douglas, Appleton; 10 grandchildren: Deanna and Brian; Alexandra M.D. and Abigail; Amy and Samantha; Shayla and Connor Lt. U.S.A.F.; Josh and Megan; four great grandchildren: Ava, Jacob, Sophia and Elijah; a brother Michael (Sherry) Muskavitch a God child, Seth Muskavitch; Joe Fitzgerald and Katie Hedquist, numerous nieces, nephews other family and dear friends.

Margie was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Tom in 2006; two brothers: Donald and Patrick and a nephew Zachary.

A Funeral Liturgy for Margie will take place at 3 PM on Thursday, January 7, 2021 at St. Thomas More Catholic Church with Rev. James Lucas presiding. Friends may visit the family from 1-3 PM at church prior to the Mass. Please wear a mask and social distance if you plan on attending. Interment will take place at St. Paul Catholic Cemetery in Combined Locks at a later date.

The family would like to recognize a niece, Ann Molitor, the staff at Bellin Health Cardiology and Hospital; Rev Jim Lucas and special friends, Larry (Lisa) Boldt.

In lieu of floral donations, a memorial fund is being established for Margie’s favorite charities.
