OBITUARY: Menomonee Falls News September 19, 1924 " (picture) Mrs. Paul Schneider Passed Away Tuesday. Daughter of Pioneer Settler. Mrs. Paul Schneider (nee Charlotte Hoffman) a highly respected residence of this village passed away at her home here Tuesday. Deceased was a daughter of Phillip and Margaret (Ulman) Hoffman, pioneer settlers She was born in Granville April 2, 1860. For a number of years the Hoffmanns resided on a large farm in Menomonee. She was marred to Paul Schneider and continued to live on the parental home. Of this union three daughters and two sons were born to them. The husband and one son, Peter J. Schneider and a daughter, Mrs. John Badke, and thirteen grand children survive to mourn the loss of a faithful wife and loving mother and a good woman. The funeral was held this morning at St. Mary's Church, Rev. A. M. Dentinger officiating."
