Survivors include his wife, Martha Garrett, Fort Scott, KS; son, Robert K. Garrett Jr., Overland Park, KS; three daughters, Vicki Sauerwein, Fort Scott, KS; Cindy Key; Fort Scott, KS; Norma Jean Brock, Hartville, MO; his mother, Anna Mae Garrett, Independence, MO; brother, Leslie P.
