Cecilia “Ceil” Keeley Williams, of Chattahoochee Hills, GA, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, March 3, 2017. She was 79. Ceil retired from the Fulton County Tax Assessor’s office in 1994 after a commendable 35-year career. In her retirement, she served as church secretary at First Christian Church in Fairburn, GA. Ceil and her husband, Marshall, shared a passion for dogs, raising champion Dalmatians. She was a lifetime member of the Atlanta Kennel Club. She was predeceased by her husband, Marshall David Williams and daughter, Candice Williams. A funeral mass will be said on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at 11:00am at St. George Catholic Church in Newnan, GA. A graveside service will be held on a future date. In lieu of flowers, please consider contributing to the Atlanta Kennel Club Foundation to support scholarships for veterinary students.
