She was the office manager at Western Arkansas Planning & Development in Fort Smith until her retirement two years ago. Rhonda was a one in a million; a great wife, mother, grandmother and friend; she will be forever in our hearts, "We Love You".
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Dorothy (Hays) Vines.
Funeral service will be at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at Ocker Memorial Chapel in Van Buren with burial at Gracelawn Cemetery in Van Buren under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home. Visiting will be Tuesday from 4 to 6 P.M. at the funeral home.
She is survived by her husband, Ron Bell of the home; one daughter, Karen Coble of Van Buren; one son, Brad Coble of Fort Smith; two step children, Ronnie Bell of Marble City, Oklahoma and Amanda Bell of Seneca, South Carolina; three brothers, Charles Vines of Harrison, Johnny Vines of Huntsville and Frankie Vines of Alma; two grandchildren, Kaleb Coble of Fort Smith, Brayden Coble of Sallisaw, Oklahoma
