Randall R. Harper, 79, passed away on November 29, 2020. The son of Albert and Virginia Harper, Randall was born on January 30, 1941 in Cairo, Georgia.

Randall entered the United States Air Force in 1959. He fought in Vietnam and retired after 30 years of service on Dec. 15, 1989. He was a CmSgt in the 28th Air Division where he served from June 5, 1976 to March 1, 1990. He was a warrior leader at Tinker AFB. After retirement from the Air Force, Randall went to work with J.B. Hunt where he achieved 1 million safe miles.

Randall was a Southern Baptist and he loved watching and collecting NASCAR. He also was an avid collector of DVD movies. Randall was a blessing! His memory is a treasure, and he was loved beyond words, and missed beyond measure. In loving memory of Grandpa, Dad, and Great Grandpa.

Randall is survived by his brother, Robert Harper; children, Ronald G. Harper, Robin G. Fernandez, and Richard G. Harper; grandchildren, Jayson Fernandez, Joshua Fernandez, and Jessaka Smith and husband Justin; and great grandchildren, Evelyn Smith and Rhilynn Fernandez. He is preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, Andy Harper.

Visitation will be on Friday, December 4, 2020 beginning at 11:00 am until 8:30 pm at the John Ireland Funeral Home, 120 S. Broadway, Moore, OK. Funeral Services will be on Saturday, December 5, 2020 at 2:00 pm at the Lynlee Mae Chapel, 507 E. Main Street, Moore, OK.
