She was buried in the Waldfriedhof in Munich and is still buried in that cemetery. After the period of repose of 50 (+2) years had expired in 1977 the grave was dissolved and reoccupied. The stone cross marking her grave was moved to Erlöserkirche Hedingen in Sigmaringen and is displayed there near the church, where her daughter, Princess Maria Teresa of Bourbon-Two Sicilies, the first wife of Wilhelm, Fürst von Hohenzollern, is buried. Her remains were never moved and remain at the Waldfriedhof in Munich.
