Jack retired from Reynolds Aluminum Company after 43 years of dedicated service. He was an avid IU and U of L fan and an intricate part of his sons' dirt and asphalt racing and crew member. Jack enjoyed grilling, swimming, drinking cold beer and loved his family very much.
Jack was preceded in death by his father, Jack Bailey Sr. and a sister, Karen Bailey.
He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Rebecca Bailey; two sons, Mike Bailey(Cathy), Chris Bailey(Patty); his mother, Bertha Bailey; sisters, Sharon Routh(Frank), Linda Pack(Jim); sister-in-law Sheila Snyder(Charlie); ex daughter-in-law and family friend, Jenifer Bailey; grandchildren; Paige, Cheyenne(Bryce), Brandon Bailey; great-grandchildren, Owen Bailey, Brysen and Brooklyn Seay, Blaine Bailey, Liam Hembree and numerous nieces and nephews.
There will be a visitation held on Friday, January 8, 2021 from 4-8pm. Service will be held on Saturday, January 9, 2021 at 10:30 with visitation before from 9:30-10:30am with burial to follow at Walnut Ridge Cemetery in Jeffersonville, Indiana.
