Larry S. Jennings, 70, passed away on December 29, 2020 in Burke County, Georgia. He was born October 20, 1950 in Ocala, Florida to Frederick S. Jennings and Dolores Rawlins Jennings. He served in the United States Army for 20 years. After retiring from the military he worked as a master mechanic in the automobile industry.
He is preceded by his parents; daughters, Kimberly Jennings and Tammy Lee Jennings Baumgartner; brother, Terry Jennings.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Karen Jennings; grandchildren, Brandi Tomlinson, Devan Bodie and Summer Bodie; great-grandchildren, Arabella Bodie, Christopher Tomlinson, Abigail Bodie and Leonardo Nieves.
A Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 5, 2020 at Countryside Funeral Home. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Pastor John Childers is officiating the service. Interment will follow at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida.
