She was the second born of three children born to Linda and Jim Fuller.
She was born and raised in Porterville. Kelly was a mother figure to all who knew her. She was always there to help when needed. Kelly lived and breathed for her family, her children and grandchildren were her world.
Kelly is survived by her husband Kevin D Harrison, children Megan, Brittany, Adam, Chris, her Mother Linda K Fuller and Father Jim L. Fuller, brothers Allen and Darin Fuller, grand kids Ellie, Landon, Paisley, nieces Camille, Kay Lee, nephews James, Dylan.
