Beatrice was called by Pie by some close friends and Big Mama by her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Her parents were Ella Clark and Alain Lesage Coley. Vivian Victory Coley was her sister. She had a half sister and brother Otis Thelma McGrew (adpoted by Jones) and William Frank (Jr) McGrew. Beatrice also had other half brothers and sisters born to Alain Coley and Estelle McClure.
Beatrice married James Charles Scott July 11 ,1914. They had three children , Josephine Kathlyn (Katherine) (Kat) Scott, Francis Willard (Scottie) (Bruz) Scott, Vivian Pauline (Paul), (Babe) Scott. She loved to sing,grow flowers, crochet and go fishing with her cane pole and can of worms. She also baked the best biscuits. Her whole life center around her family. Beatrice was a very loveing and caring person. She taught us if we couldn't say something nice about someone then say nothing at all.
We love and miss her.
