Marcus Wayne Williams, age 47 of Loudon, Tennessee passed away Wednesday, December 30, 2020, after a brief illness, not COVID related. He gave his heart to the Lord at an early age and was a member of Union Fork Creek Baptist Church. He was a graduate of Loudon High School, Class of 1991. Marcus loved being a whitewater rafting guide on the Ocoee River and playing his bass guitar. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Cora Mae and R. B. Summey, Avery L. Green, Cliff and Irene Williams; uncles, Jeff Green and Allen Curtis. He is survived by his parents, Johnny Wayne and Darlene Williams of Loudon, Tennessee; his brother and sister-in-law, Travis and Kelly Williams of Loudon, Tennessee; nephew and niece, Jackson and Gracie; his fiancé, Gina McNabb, who he always referred to as his greatest blessing; and Gina’s daughter and grandson; his aunt, Jenny Curtis of Loudon, Tennessee; special cousins, Tammy Webb and family of Loudon, Tennessee, Tim Curtis and family of Loudon, Tennessee, Josh Green of Loudon, Tennessee; as well as a host of family and friends, too numerous to name. Marcus requested that he be cremated and we will honor his wish. With great sadness and due to COVID restrictions, a private graveside service will be held at a later date.
