Delbert had been a long time Clay County farmer and also had been employed at Shuck Drilling of Edgar, NE. Delbert was united in marriage to Helen Snavely Scrivner on February 29, 1956. With his marriage to Helen came seven stepchildren: Paula, Sherry, Carol, Grace, Peggy and Robert Scrivner. Helen passed away on April 29, 1998.
He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Helen, sister Elaine, brother Dale and daughter Pamela.
Among his survivors are his sons: Mickey Johnson and Billie Johnson; grandchildren: Christopher, Ben, Zack, and Hailey Johnson other relatives and a host of friends.
